Frequently Asked Questions...

Question:

What's the difference between your searches and others searches found around the Internet?

Answer:

We use multiple sources to conduct your requested search. Additionally, we review your search and provide you with a conclusion or direction. We will not simply run your request through the cheapest database and return it to you without comment.

Question:

Aren't all of these searches the same?

Answer:

Absolutely not.  Many databases fail to update their files so you may receive old outdated information.  Another point is some of these database do not compile their information from the same sources, therefore you may not receive all the information you believe you are purchasing or are entitled to if you are only provided the information from one of these sources.

Question:

How come your searches are not returned the same day?

Answer:

Other providers have you connected directly to the single database that conducts your search, so you receive that single source information (without review) directly from that computer.  We run multiple searches on most of our searches, these results are reviewed by a professional investigator and then returned to you. The personalized care and attention to your request does take longer, but we are committed to giving you the best value for your investment.
